In 1990, in the Estahban region, Iran, Mr.Khalili founded Estahban Fig Co. Enterprises with aim of export form origin of wild dried fruits to the world. then EFC factory started on 1993 a small family-run business that produced, packed and exported Dried fig and moist fig to German but through some middles trading company, we continue and because good service and quality every year increased request for our products, knew that the only way the business could expand to new markets was to improve the intrinsic value of what he believed, were already products of a superior quality.
We have more experience in the fig item because we were in this item from many years ago and our ancestors were fig farmers From 1993 to 2000 in during of these years we increase our markets to east of Asia and Australia , Russia, Japans, Korea, middle east and some other European countries(Romania, Hungary, UK) The year 2003 is hailed as a watershed year in the history of the company. The EFC born again and start to prepare new items from Fig such as fig powder and jam and cookies in this year EFC R&D department started to work after more new suggestion for EFC it was the first big producer of fig powder and mixed nuts powder item, also R&D Manager(Mr.Hamed Khalili) because continue working for workers in the whole of year

In 2004 the EFC Commercial Department with management of Mr. Engineer Hamed Khalili started to work and EFC could send first consignment Direct to the customer, in the first year we could have 875,000 Kgs export for just 7 month of period to middle east and far east and European markets (dry fig and moist fig) update for certificate and increasing capacity and healthy certificate was in this year.
In 2005 we start to new items of dried fruits such as Semi Dry Date and Raisins and Almond in shell and we had exhibition of Nust in UAE.
Also EFC decided to lean ISO and prepare all of production lines according to ISO22000 and Iso9001 and IQNET and HACCP Start and add some new packing machine to make retail and bulk packing according to the last packing machine for world market. In 2006 we start building process and increase production area and make some new store and cool store, exhibition of NUTS in Iran and Dubai in this year cause EFC could hear Voice of consumers New products for this year were Pistachio, Pomegranate, Currant, Fresh Date and Dry Date.
In 2007, EFC with exhibition of NSR 2007 in shanghai could Show all of products together and had nice negotiation with China association for dried fruits, And Until now we preparing; Dried Fig in 9 Grades, Moist fig in two Grade, Fig Powder in two kind, Fig Jam, Fresh Mozafati Date, Semi-Dry Mozafati, Rabee Date, Piarom Date, Zahedi Date, KABKAB Date, Semi- dry Shahani Date, Date Jam, Golden raisin, Sundry Raisin (Thomson), Sultana Raisin, Currant, Almound in shell, Natural Pistachio, Pomegranate, constant Pomegranate, Dried Rose Bud, Rose petal, Rose leaf powder, With more kind of packing and packaging according to customer request, retail and bulk in worldwide markets, We produce the range of products just for your kind trusts to EFC quality.
In early of 2008 we established new Trading Company as a head of our export company for managing all different export and import fields better in Shiraz.
Besides for investigate and develop our import items.
In middle of 2008 we register our trading office on Hong Kong and start to import peanuts and Kidney beans and Coconuts powder, also we open new shop for distribute our imported items in shiraz; in addition, we make new engineering counselor team and start to importing Tower Crane, and construction items.
Now we are growing, we have a new shop and trading office on Russia. (We hope to deliver best products with top services to all of our clients and be one of the biggest groups with best customer services)
